Terms and Conditions for ZIP Metro LLC

Welcome to ZIP Metro LLC! By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase cannabis products or meet the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction.
  2. By using this site, you affirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Compliance with Laws

  1. ZIP Metro LLC operates in compliance with all applicable Arizona state laws and regulations governing the sale and delivery of cannabis.
  2. Customers must present valid, government-issued identification and, if applicable, a valid Arizona Medical Marijuana card for verification during delivery or curbside pickup.
  3. Customers will receive state-compliant paperwork for all transactions.

3. Registration and Account Use

  1. To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your name, address, and proof of eligibility.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. Misuse of your account, including providing false information, will result in termination of service.

4. Ordering and Payments

  1. Order Placement:
    • Orders can be placed through our website or by phone as specified on our FAQ page.
    • Orders are subject to product availability, eligibility verification, and delivery zone restrictions.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • We accept payments through cash and Plaid for secure transactions.
    • All payments must comply with state regulations.
  3. Delivery Fees:

    • Delivery Fees & Service Zones

      Delivery fees are determined based on the designated ZIP Metro delivery zone assigned to your delivery address at checkout.

      • Z1 Delivery Zone: Free Delivery
      • Z2 Delivery Zone: $7 Delivery Fee
      • Z3 Delivery Zone: $10 Delivery Fee
      • Z4 and Beyond: Delivery fees increase by $5 per additional zone.
      • Maximum Delivery Fee: Delivery fees are capped at $35 regardless of distance within our active service areas.

      Delivery availability, service zones, order minimums, promotional eligibility, and delivery fees may change at any time based on operational capacity, traffic conditions, staffing availability, weather, local regulations, or other business considerations.

      Certain promotions, discounts, memberships, or special events may modify standard delivery pricing or eligibility requirements. Additional restrictions may apply.

      All delivery fees and applicable surcharges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

  4. Minimum Order Amount:
    • $50 within 35 miles of our shop.

5. Delivery Policies

  1. Delivery Types:
    • Scheduled Deliveries: Customers can select delivery times and time windows during checkout.
    • Rush Deliveries: Available for an increased fee; subject to driver availability.
  2. Delivery Zones:
    • Login and Enter your address on the cart page to determine your delivery zone and eligibility.
  3. Customer Verification:
    • Orders are delivered only to the individual who placed the order. ID verification is required at delivery.
  4. Missed Deliveries:
    • A redelivery fee may apply if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time.
  5. Discretion:
    • Products are delivered in compliant and discreet child-proof packaging.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  1. Initiating Returns:
    • Contact customer service at support@zipmetro.com with your order number and issue description to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Return Process:
    • Return options:
      • Return the product to our physical location at 1613 N 40th Street.
      • Place a new order within 14 days and return eligible items upon delivery.
    • All standard delivery fees and policies apply.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, excluding delivery fees.

7. Loyalty and Membership Benefits

Metro Miles Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

The Metro Miles Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn promotional wallet credits on qualifying purchases made through ZIP Metro Delivery.

Rewards Earnings

  • Eligible customers receive approximately 5% back in Metro Miles Rewards Wallet Credits based on qualifying subtotal purchases.
  • Rewards are issued as promotional wallet credits and may be used toward future qualifying purchases.
  • Wallet credits are typically added after an order has been successfully completed and verified.

Wallet Credits

  • Metro Miles Rewards Wallet Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Wallet balances may only be used by the account holder associated with the original purchase.
  • Wallet credits cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, taxes, tips, fees, delivery charges, or other restricted items unless otherwise specified.
  • Wallet credits may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or special offers.

Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Rewards are available only on qualifying purchases and eligible products.
  • Certain items, brands, categories, promotional products, discounted items, or limited-time offers may be excluded from rewards earnings or redemption eligibility.
  • Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, partially refunded, fraudulent, non-compliant, or found to violate company policies may result in removal, adjustment, or forfeiture of rewards credits.

Account Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • Duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, abuse of the rewards system, resale activity, or manipulation of promotions may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Metro Miles Rewards Program.

Program Changes

  • ZIP Metro reserves the right to modify, pause, restrict, or terminate the Metro Miles Rewards Program, wallet balances, earning percentages, redemption rules, promotional eligibility, or related policies at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in the Metro Miles Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of all current program terms and conditions.

Promotional Nature

Metro Miles Rewards Wallet Credits are promotional loyalty incentives intended solely for future purchases through eligible ZIP Metro services and platforms.

8. Privacy Policy
